>it's another "the weather is warming up and i have to start wearing t-shirts so i can no longer hide my extremely noticeable gynecomastia" episode
Fucking hell lads, i am so ashamed. Do any of you have $6000 floating around that you can donate? (not really serious, i don't beg) i need to get these honkers sliced off; i am relatively thin everywhere else besides my chest so it standa out alot. I have been lifting weights but ultimately i need the surgery

Have you considered HRT? Just commit to the tits.

I know this feel
>tfw people scoop/dip you or give you titty twisters all the time

Absolutely not. I would never pass, my brow and eyes are too masculine and my hairline is receding. I would never be able to be a cute girl(male)

I don't have any friends, so I don't get scooped or get titty twisters but i know that people passing me on the street notice them. Like i said i am relatively thin and not very muscular, so i have skinny arms, shoulders, neck and legs. It makes my body look freakish because my chest sticks out so far

Probably just you being self conscious senpai. Do compound delt/tri stuff and just keep in mind your studly bod is a work in progress and not representative of the final product.

I appreciate the positive words anon. I am currently trying to build my body as well-rounded as i can, but the gyno still really gets to me. Ive had it for at least a few years but every time the weather changes it hits me hard. I jist wish that i had the money to get it removed, it would be a tremendous burden lifted off my back. im so desperate that i may even ask my parents for a loan

A lot of places do consultations for cheap/nothing so see who you can talk to professionally.
I had my eyes lasered recently which cost a bit, but I didn't pay for the initial eye exam.
But ultimately I think elective surgery should be the last thing you consider if you have other options.

The only reason that i am considering surgery is because it is the only proven treatment for gynecomastia. I would prefer other treatments if they were effective, but they aren't. The only way to get rid of it is to completely remove all of the breast tissue. It isn't an extremely invasive procedure though; two small incisions on the outer chest through which they pull the tissue. After that they sew you up and have you wear a compression shirt for a week or so
