Are so called autistic people here actually legitimately autistic? Or can you still read people fine, you just are nervous around them like I am?
I'm actually autistic. In my world body language and tone do not exist. Please say to me exactly what you mean and be patient.

Do you do the flappy hands thing when you're excited?
>>36441662
Over the years I've learned how to read body language and understand when people are being sarcastic. It takes all my mental resources to have even a basic conversation with someone, though.

What is the flappy hands thing? Usually when I'm excited I make embarrassing sounds to myself.

I can read people perfectly. Not even really nervous around them. I think I have MPD though so my sociability varies from interaction to interaction.

Fucking normies who pose as autists NEED TO GET OFF MY BOARD
I never bothered seeking a diagnosis for autistic spectrum disorder.

Last time I had one they basically just asked how I'd feel in a bunch of situations then asked me to read shit to see if "The words pop out" or "Jump around the page" and shit like that

Oh yeah, I used to be a pretty bad stimmer when I was younger. Me and my therapist were actually talking about it last week.
Aspergers, coupled with a few symptoms of OCD.
This has been diagnosed, and I have taken medication because of it in the past.

Not him but I used to do that when I was younger, now I pace back and forth usually. I'm diagnosed with ADHD and Asperger's.
