OP is right. There are literally millions of jobs in every western country taken up by women which any male could do.

This isn't about male of female superiority, it's just that the vast majority of jobs that women go for are 'mediocre' level jobs, women at the higher level are shit-tier, the reality is that physical levels of energy, mental energy, reserve, creativity etc are major factors in the highest level jobs, and women may be able to 'function' or even succeed to some degree for a while... but they BURN OUT.

On the medicore level, though - these jobs are basically reserved for women. Regardless of what he claims. There are INFORMAL quotas that exist. Do you think the "wage gap" ideology, where corporations and government have constant pressure on them exercised by the media, other government agencies, other activist groups, and women in general, aren't responding to this pressure?

Of course they are. I've witnessed this myself in government. 65% of government employees in my country are women, in some sectors as high as 90%.

Let me give you an example from own life that relates to this. Worked in several different areas of government in my country. In every area there was constant explicit activism on behalf of women "are there enough female applicants?" "Did we fill enough places with women?" etc. This is the culture in government, and in the corporate world it's not radically different - consider for example that the major banks in my country openly say they want the government to allow them to pay women more into their superannuation because of the money women 'lose' through the "wage gap". Listing SPECIFIC instances and saying "this person doesn't deserve this job" is absolutely impossible for an outsider... but common sense says that when women demand privileged access to these jobs at the expense of men, that better qualified men are not getting the opportunity.

Let's assume you're an attractive woman. Universities are often openly hostile places for men. You can go to pretty much any university in any Anglo country and find feminist ideology on the official curriculum, you can find women studies deparments (no mens studies departments), you can find "rape culture" culture, etc. You can find that women are offered literally hundreds of times more scholarships than men (especially white men). Then there are the person, social, and sexual aspects of filtration. Many of the posters to r9k and males who aren't 'Chad', they have less social connection because of their lack of looks and lack of confidence (which feed off one another). The average girl has more friends than the average boy. Studies show that BOTH men and women have more female friends, and that both genders eyes linger on women in photos and 'background' men.
