Anybody else get, as I like to call it, hollow fullnes from fast food joints, especially Micky D's?
I had a royal cheese mcmenu, 2 doublecheesburgers and small mcnuggets. I could barley breath after the meal, and not even an hour later im hungry again! This never happens when I eat something I cooked myself

probably because of the weird thing Americans have
eating too much calories while at the same time suffering from malnutrition.
Eat more wholesome foods.
