Failing that, otc/scripted meds OD is unreliable and almost always ends in stomach pumpings Only Lithium salts, methotrexate or warfarin is really reliable. Slashing wrists is agony. Drinking is also unreliable and ends in stomach pumping. Alcohol toxicity is fucking hard to achieve, and going unconscious and drowning in vomit (how most people die of drink) is pot fucking luck.

Without access to heroin or barbiturates, or inert gas, long hanging is surprisingly good. Can be done with a belt and a doorknob, you go out fast, within a few heartbeats if you really cut off blood flow to the brain. Then it all happens while you're unconscious.
