Fall for any meme supplement you want. But please, I'd strongly recommend not falling for colloidal silver meme. Silver is toxic to the body, is not used for any bodily functions, and has no benefits. It does kill bacteria as well as you, which is why some faggots feel better when they poison themselves with it. Your immune system is forced into overdrive trying to remove it from your body. High amounts permanently fucks you up with gray skin, which is literally silver stuck under your skin for life, with no cure. It's shilled with loads of false advertising.
>>
>>36431619
literally no educated person is falling for that bullshit except for you

The use of some supplements is widely supported by the medical community and definitely isn't a meme, nobody ever said for you to eat fucking metals like silver dumbass

yeah i was having some issues like that back in early 2013 but i was convinced that one of my friends was "psychically" communicating with people like a game of phone tag to get me to be more social. it didn't end well and i was hospitalized because i guess being annoyed by animalistic behaviors is cause for schizophrenia but i just wanted a fucking answer as to why it's so taboo to talk about

the answer hit me well before i was hospitalized but the neighborhood i live in was being cunty (and they still are at times though i havent really shouted or made remarks as people i recognize walk by ["could you please maybe not get annoyed by how much time i spend playing vidya per day?"])

I made this thread a few weeks ago did you listen to my advice?

it basically cured my severe anxiety and brain fog
>>
>>36431707
>you get everything you need from food.
this is why b12 deficiency is so severe. if it gets bad enough you actually will NOT absorb the nutrients from food. this is the precise reason why b12 deficiency needs to be talked about.

>>36431813
pretty sure I posted in it.

methyl B12 helped a lot yeah. I found supplements that helped over the years and eventually traded up to just drinking Ensure and Soylent and a fuckton of green vegetable juices. Feelin pretty damn good these days, nutrition goes a long way to alleviate depression, brain fog, apathy, etc. Food in the modern industrial world must be nutrient deficient, what would you expect to get from places like Walmart

I read somewhere that walmart actually has 'special versions' of name brand foods that are very similar to the name brand. i learned this on my own from the dove soap i purchased at walmart. the soap i purchased from walmart smells like straight up baby powder while the pharmacy bought soap smelled authentic as fuck.

walmart offers the name brand companies products low ball prices and they accept the offer and make special version for walmart.

My stack in order of most important supplement you should try:

>Acetyl L-Carnitine 500mg
>Magnesium glycinate 400mg
>Vitamin D-3 1000 IU
>Source Naturals Life Force Multiple, No Iron (multivitamin-mineral supplement, just take 1 tablet a day to microdose)
>Psyllium husk caps (500mg, 2x after breakfast, 2x after dinner----I always have solid shits when I take this, barely have to wipe at all)
>Fish oil (500 EPA / 250 DHA)
>Source Naturals Night Rest (for sleep and for other benefits of its contents)

Weekend fun stuff:

>CREATIVITY & RELIGION: Piracetam 800mg up to 2400mg + 500mg choline bitartrate
>RELAXATION: Kava kava root powder (look up how to prepare kava root)
>RECREATION & RELAXATION: Phenibut 300mg - 1200mg, works well with piracetam

All you really need is Acetyl L-Carnitine, Magnesium Glycinate, and Vitamin D-3, the rest are optional

>>
B12. I take this because I'm vegan. OP might have something like pernicious aenemia which means he can't obtain b12 naturally. Injections are usually better for those people, though.

Omega 3's. I use Opti3 Omega, it's a vegan source (which also means it's likely much cleaner from chemicals and pesticides you'd find in fish oil).

To get enough minerals I take some Spirulina and Chlorella daily.

Try to get enough protein, and lots of fresh vegetables and fruit.

Oh and tea.

You really don't need much beyond these things. Focus on macronutrients. If you're vegan B12 and minerals can be important, they're harder to get from meat. Everyone should eat more veges and fruit though, they're packed with cancer-fighting and mood-improving phyto-nutrients, and the added water-soluble vitamins like Vitamin C and regular bowel movements can drastically improve your mood.

Go vegan if you can please, it's really not hard. Cheese, dairy in general, and meat are killing you and cause immense, unnecessary suffering for animals.
>>
>>36431058
Are you kidding me? I had blood tests 2-3 years ago and doc said I had a b12 deficiency. Been taking it ever since and hasn't improved my fatigue, brain fog or depression in the slightest.

If you are so worried about things a simple multivitamin has b12 in it along with all the others.

And if you are deficient taking one would solve the problem for the time being. You wouldn't need a whole bottle of megadoses to fix it.

Maybe in commercial farms but on a family farm with a cow or few they are part of the family and enjoy and need to be milked.

Chickens techicly yes go through a lot of pain laying an egg but its a natural thing and they are going to do it. I have a chicken and I'm not forcing her to lay eggs she just does and she's my baby who isn't even in a cage.

Keto is going to give you diabetes.

And yes you can take it while on it to help you go poo.
>>
>>36433788

>Maybe in commercial farms but on a family farm with a cow or few they are part of the family and enjoy and need to be milked.

Delusion. First of all, the vast majority of meat sold in supermarkets or in your average fast-food outlet comes from factory farming. So the exception of family farmed moomoos allowed to wander into the family kitchen to lick the human baby's face before they finally slit its throat and eat it is statistically meaningless. A cow can't be milked unless it's given birth, and the procedure in practically all cases is to sell the calves for meat (to be turned into veal), otherwise the calf needs the milk. Cows would only 'enjoy' being milked in that case because without it they'll endure immense pain.

>Chickens techicly yes go through a lot of pain laying an egg but its a natural thing and they are going to do it. I have a chicken and I'm not forcing her to lay eggs she just does and she's my baby who isn't even in a cage.

Ok, that's great. Most people don't do this.

what kind of b12 do you take btw? do you take a methyl b12 like the one in the OP? Do you take a under-tongue lozenge or a pill? Have you considered switching to a b complex
>>
>>36433863
Well you need to be more clear with things. Certain Humans are causing them pain not them providing milk to drink or for cheese or yogurt or other things. Its a very mutual and benefits the animals and humans.

Its not wrong to drink some milk or eat some eggs from your own animals. Vegetarian is very acceptable ethicly and morally.
>>
>>36432098
Is that the only B vit you take? Gotta be careful isolating them, you can end up causing deficiency of the others and B6 can cause neuropathy in some people with even moderate dosing over time.
>>
>>36434037
in commercial farms cows are literally pregnant for the majority of their lifecycle and their babies often don't get much nutrition at all, the males get sold for veal and the females enter into the milked-until-dead life.

to be milked, the cow needs to be pregnant, and it is, all the time.

Milk is filled with so much horrific shit, blood, urine, puss, you name it, slap on a bunch of chemicals, preservatives etc.
>>
>>36433993

I take methyl sublingual, I don't think a b complex is worth it. B12 is hard to absorb and hard to get for vegans, that's the reason I take it as a sublingual pill (sublingual absorption is vastly better than through the stomach). The other 'b vitamins' that you'd find in a b-complex pill are the type of vitamins you're much better getting from actual food directly. I'm pretty sure several studies have shown that things like b-vitamins don't store very well in pill form. They're basically a scam. That's why I said eat lots of fresh fruit and veges - much better to get them in this way regularly, they're far more absorbable.
>>
>>36433863
I agree with everything you're saying but I gotta have my meat or I'm just not satisfied. Maybe I'm addicted but it's hard for me to find filling satisfying dinners without meat. Any recommendations? It would have to be pretty easy for me because im bad at cooking. Do you use protein powder?

Niacinamide is better, there's no flush. B3 tolerance varies a lot though, some people get headaches and shit mood from like 20mg other people can take a few grams in a day and be fine.

>>36433267
Your stack isn't great, but especially the carnitine- it's anti thyroid.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19929720

"...Also, the effect of TRIAC (a stimulator of thyroid hormone nuclear receptors) and L-Carnitine (an inhibitor of thyroid hormone passage into the nucleus) was examined."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carnitine

"...A 2004 study found that L-carnitine acts as a peripheral antagonist of thyroid hormone action. In particular, L-carnitine inhibits both triiodothyronine (T3) and thyroxine (T4) entry into the cell nuclei."

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15591013

I'd also ditch the multi- The more ingredients a supp has, the most junk is a general rule, or less optimal sources. Beta carotene is worthless to supplement, it inhibits thyroid function and relies on good thyroid function to convert into retinol to be actually useful.
>>
>>36434037

>Well you need to be more clear with things. Certain Humans are causing them pain not them providing milk to drink or for cheese or yogurt or other things. Its a very mutual and benefits the animals and humans.

Every single mention of veganism and every vegan thread we have, there's always someone arguing for exceptions. THE VAST, VAST MAJORITY OF PEOPLE I AM ADDRESSING WILL NEVER BE SIPPING TINY AMOUNTS OF MILK FROM A COW WHICH IS MOSTLY FEEDING ITS CALF. It's just like every vegan thread there's always some guy who insists he hunts his own meat to keep 'x' animal from overpopulating and thus he is fully justified and even doing the world good... it's just 'begging the rare case'.

>Its not wrong to drink some milk or eat some eggs from your own animals. Vegetarian is very acceptable ethicly and morally.

It could easily be argued that eating animal meat causes less suffering than drinking milk or eating eggs. Again, your exceptional case is statistically meaningless.
>>
>>36434095

Yeah I understand where you're coming from, but I think the issue is this... many people's diets are basically "meat and potatoes" based - many Anglos (like myself) for example think of a staple meal as a steak with steamed veges and mashed potato or something...so when they consider going vegan, they think of a similar meal without the steak - steamed veges and mashed potatoes, and generally this is going to leave you hungry... because ever meal needs to have sufficient amounts of protein - a balance or ratio of protein, carbs, fat. If you're going to attempt going vegan, just try to supplement a few meat dishes with something like a noodles dish... Miso Udon Noodles for example is quite filling... you could have a stirfry with tofu (tofu won't turn you into a woman, it's just soy beans, it's protein, it's filling). You really have to reform how you approach food. You'll never really feel satisfied eating a plate full of just veges ... incorporate beans, legumes, etc.

I usually have a morning smoothie with a scoop of Sunwarrior Protein powder.
>>
>>36434198

also, not that guy.

the idea of having "a stack" is interesting and I've never heard about this concept before.

>>36434220
Thanks for the advice. I'm not really trying to go vegan or vegetarian, just trying to incorporate some healthy low-calorie vegetable-based meals into my diet to lose weight and supplement with powder and figured you might have some ideas. I'll look into using noodles or tofu if they have good calories:protein ratio.

I've been taking this for a year or so and I produce lots of semen. I also feel much more relaxed and with less stress.
>>
>>36434221
It varies, mostly I focus around the fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K2), and intermittant use of isolated B vits, generally B1, B2, B3, B6. Sometimes I'll use activated charcoal if I have a bad stomach or have been drinking.
I think generally speaking with supplements less is more, and products with a single ingredient are preferable. Some people experience a huge change in quality of life just from fixing a deficiency, like the OP. I had a major vit D deficiency.
Multis are generally not worth anyone's time- There's too many compounds in them for one, statistically you're going to response poorly to at least a few of them, and this response might not be obviously immediate and may show up years later. Generally they all have a few compounds that are almost always impure, like synthetic ascorbic acid (vitamin C).
A really important point when buying supplements is the other ingredients, the excipients. This multi has "Stearic acid, acacia gum, modified cellulose gum, and colloidal silicon dioxide.". These aren't for your health, they are to improve the consistency of the powder, especially needed when combining so many compounds. This is important for the manufacturer because it keeps the filling machinery running smoothly. The less ingredients, the less excipients needed, which is why its best to use products that have minimal extra junk added. Check out Toxinless.com for listings of products without these sort of things.

Anyway if you want a product recommendation http://www.idealabsdc.com/ has a badass A E D K2 formula called estroban. I generally try to use topical (skin absorbed) supplements as well, they don't absorb as well but the skin is much more effective at preventing things from entering your body that shouldn't. I think one of the reasons why supplementation as a whole has been observed to have little improvement in health, and even worsen it for some people is because so many supps are impure or filled with junk.
