When doing squats, am I supposed to be doing 100 in a row?
My knees start to hurt after doing 20 so I end up taking a break then going back to doing squats until I feel pain again. I'm doing a 100 a day while doing push ups and jumping jacks inbetween, but when I get tired I look at my Instagram or browse 4chan until I catch my breath before continuing the work out. I'm trying to get a nice butt and body now that I have a boyfriend.

No, you do sets, if you are doing like resistance training with low weight high reps maybe, but you do 3 sets between 7-10 times.

learn deadlifts too, then when you can do those move on the clean and press.. squats, deadlifts are all power lifting, so do as much weight as you can 7-10 times take about a 45 second break between each set. Power lifting are some of the best exercises, if you dont already run a mile every other day.

....no.. you're supposed to do whatever amount of weight you can do for 5 repetitions of the exercise. Then rest, and do 3 total sets of that.

Too shy and don't have much experience with equipment/weights. I don't want to embarrass myself but no having proper form or not knowing how to properly use the equipment. I'm slender, but I have a somewhat big belly due to a poor diet. I'm trying to eat better and get more fit. I also don't want guys taking pictures of me or staring.
