Which dose, which duration? It's not as simple as taking a pill, psychiatric disorders are very complicated to treat because the response is very idiosyncratic. Sometimes you have to keep experimenting with different drugs and dosage, and the only person who can do this in safety is a (good) psychiatrist. Anxiety is also not just biological so you would really benefit from therapy.

I guess, but if you have genuine anxiety it's a weakness and chances are you'll develop a relationship similar to the one I did with the substance. If you don't have any problems with anxiety, it's kind of a meh recreational drug and you probably are wasting your money and time (and memory) buying it.
