Do you have any vitamin E gel caps at your home? They are a cure-all for skin related rejuvenation. After a good shower and pumice, I apply a capsule to the feet and get no "crusting" for 4-5 days. They stay looking young, healthy and hydrated. I imagine it would rejuvenate the tender skin of your bell end as well, as that's one of the only things vit E does.
