Now, if I were a NEET I would have had an income of some kind to supplement my family unit, and I would not have had to spend my grandparents' money on a college degree. However I was emotional at the time when I couldn't find work for roughly a year and I was rejected on the premises that I did not have enough experience to wash dishes. In the 5 years that I have failed and spent heavily, I could have instead obtained government funding and used an alternative address to get this family unit additional income which would have saved us a lot of financial trouble.

So, despite my situation seeming favorable, it was a very poor decision since there is nobody willing to hire me to make an okay amount of earnings back, whereas being a NEET would have indirectly accrued funds while being jobless.

So yes, in this situation, being NEET would have been more efficient and I consider efficiency much smarter in life situations. Especially since my own, so far, is in a massive cost sinkhole.
