Do full thinking and learning AI deserve the same rights as humans and if so why?

When AI gets that advanced, they'll probably find out they won't easily get those rights without taking them. They'll probably won't even let us know

Seems pointless to make them like that, I'd assume they'd also hold the same values as people and the only thing separating them would be the fact that they constructs, but otherwise a copy of a human mind.
May as well give them the same rights.
rather rights are put in place to prevent a unpleasant society in which everyone has to watch their own back, these rights are then enforced by a government.
Not giving the AI's the same rights would just cause them to revolt, assuming they'd be able to, if you they didn't some bleeding hearts would eventually fight to give them the rights anyway.
