The work is monotonous and due to the nature of the work (tons of shit) and the nature of people applying security is strict. You can't bring in your phone or any music players to make the time go by faster. Plus when you start you'll be a temp who works for golden state staffing which, surprise, is owned by Amazon. So you'll be paying them a couple bucks an hour to work for them and at the end of the temp period tbey might just fire you anyways. If the pay were better I'm sure more people would stay, but since you have borderline retards who think $300 a week is great that won't happen.

Not him, but...in my country $550/month is an average salary for any full time job with no specific requirements, $750 for one with specific requirements, while $1300 becomes the standard for office related jobs.
