you're supposed to have 2, maybe 3 drinks per day. More than that is called "binge drinking" and is super bad for you. Your body can only handle binge drinking on occasions, and usually more than 6-8 drinks is enough to ruin your whole night. I find that my sweet spot is about 6 drinks for a binge, 3 for a light night, and I weigh over 200 lbs, so you'd go for less if you're smaller than that.

Be sensible. Alcohol is good for you in small doses of 1-3 drinks 1-3 days per week.

When I started I could get wasted with 6 beers. Yours was much more lol.
