I started the year at 182 pounds and now I'm down to 140. I look really skinny now and I love it. My method was eating nothing but 500 calories of chicken every day. Nothing else and never more than 500 calories. I love my new skinny body. I love seeing the shape of my ribs through my skin. I love the gaunt look my face has now. Don't give up fatties, you can do it too if you try!

I pretty much didn't shit the whole time because protein is excreted through urine not feces. Maybe once a week I did a couple of tiny rabbit poo sized ones.
Was it microwavable chicken?

I too lost weight a couple years ago by consuming minimal calories each day, but why only chicken? Couldn't you at least switch around your calorie source to get more nutrients? I guess what's done is done, assuming you eat more than chicken now.
