My mental health has been best during the times when I've had consistent sex. It's pretty nice in and of itself but it honestly just makes life slightly better.

It's great, but it's not the amazing "this is better than drugs" feeling normies make it out to be.

Pursue a girl and enjoy companionship, your brain is wired to be flooded with pleasure from such things and it's healthy.
But don't just pursue sex for the sake of sex.
