If everyone is attractive to "today's standard", it'll become generic and the standard of beauty will shift. Your upbringing and what you see on television etc, shape beauty standards. However there are traits that are considered attractive because it signifys good health (square jaw - high test, muscles, clear skin).

Then as others have said, ugly people would be considered attractive. Assuming there were no ugly people, people would be purposely trying their best to look ugly in an attempt to stand out and be unique to attract others.

So basically you'd have some smelly fatass with black rotten teeth being the supreme.

Beauty standards would change you'd probably see a bimbofication trend or something.
Also people would still age so wanting to look younger would still be a thing.
