I'm in the lowest point of my life right now. I can barely get out of bed. My grades are slipping. I stay awake all night because at night is the only time it's quiet enough for me to be at peace. Everything depresses me. I think about suicide nearly constantly. I'm even going to therapy and being honest and it's not helping. What should I do?

I have a psych too. No matter how much meds I'm on or how much therapy I got too I never seem to improve.

Just how much longer? I've been in therapy since middle school for post traumatic stress. Just how much longer do I have to suffer like this before it starts to imporve?

Drink absurd amounts of milk (like me)
Either you'll feel energized, or you'll have a heart attack from the milk sugars

That's a question for the experts. Whatever you do, please don't skip therapy or not take your meds. You don't want to have to start all over again.
