Remove cheese and dairy from your diet and you'll be do much better. Try using veggies instead of bread. Stop cooking with grease. Grill or bake. I've literally done no exercising and I've lost 60 lbs. If you can't make it by hand then don't eat it. If you seriously have too, make it by hand and custom make it yourself so you know what's in it and you don't put a fuck ton of gross shit in it. Would you eat handfuls of sugar? Well the Jews are putting it in your processed food. You could eat like 3x as much if you make it by hand to get the same amount of terrible food quality.

I just buy a loaf of bread and call it dinner.

I usually eat pasta, rice, potatoes, chicken filet, beans, food that's easy to prepare.

Tuna sandwich is pretty much my staple food. I usually wait until the solid white albacore goes on sale for $1.00 a can and then I buy 20 or 30. One can makes two sandwiches and the whole wheat bread that I buy has a number of slices that is divisible by 4, so it all works out evenly. Everything else is pretty cheap and lasts a while - mayo/miracle whip, lemon juice, mustard and dill weed.
