i've turned into such a negative person from being alone. i never respect my needs and i hate myself.
it feels so embarrassing to actually open up to other people because they realize how shitty you treat yourself. The last time I was real with someone they berated me for letting anxiety and depression control my life; said I'm the only one who can fix myself and they're right.
