There's a simple way to do this from a financial perspective

1) Pick a country
2) Price out how much you would spend per year to live there. The more accurate this is the better
3) Save up probably 10-25x of that yearly amount and invest it
4) Move there and live like a NEET pretty much indefinitely.

Obviously, the more cash you save up, the less likely you'll run out, but that's the standard formula for retirement.

You'd still want to investigate immigration laws, but they often are lenient for people of independent means like yourself.
