Only thing in going to say to you is that you think you love food but you really don't, because you got fat gorging yourself on horrible food that you thought you enjoyed. You need to change your perspective on eating and start eating to live and not living to eat.

Its like when I quit smoking, at first I kept a pack around just in case, but my resolution always failed because in knew I had cigarettes and I was going to smoker them because I had them.
Throw out your sugar-laden food hoard, don't buy more. Start ketogenic diet, continue until you aren't a fat piece of dog shit and maybe you can switch to a less intense diet
