I know this feel OP, trust me. Sleep it off. Sleep is a good "restart" button for the brain. Once you wake up, take advantage of that clear mind to do something; ANYTHING, like watching stuff or playing games even if the feelings come back throughout the day. Repeat this until the feelings start to go numb. Again; It will take time. If you have anyone you're close to in your family then hangout with them a little bit.

Try to always remind yourself that she isn't worth it. Try to berate the thought of her until you eventually realize that she isn't perfect as is not worth your mental health to stress about.
