Might be coming from your organs up through the intestines or stomach. Could potentially just be from the throat and its gotta scratched in some way.

Just go see a doctor, they'll do a culture, draw blood, an x-ray, and then go from there. If you havent yet I highly suggest smoking. It's not as bad as being fat but it's very close, maybe as much as 10% as bad as being fat. That should be more than enough to convince you to quit. You should try a mouth fedora. It's really not that bad after you tell your parents that you're gay. It's a fuck ton cheaper for sure. Nicotine is $5/g, propylene glycol is $0.13/oz, vegetable glycerine is $0.08/oz. Some people add flavor to the mix but it's not important, it's cheap enough if you want to do it though, maybe $0.1/mL. For perspective, a pack of cigarettes is only 0.04g nicotine. Can you buy 25 packs of cigarettes for under $10? You need to save money so you can afford chemo.
