If you're really in as bad of shape as you make it sound, explain yourself. Tell the other anon that you're truly at the lowest level of robothood and that even interacting online is too much for you sometimes. If they're a true robot they'll understand. Say off the bat what you're interested in doing. Just want to be steam friends & play vidya occasionally? Talk TV/movies? Animu? Meet up IRL? Keep the heavy shit for later. Say you just want to talk to another real human being every couple of days to keep you sane. Again, true robots will understand, if you sense them getting manipulative, you're well within your rights to ghost.
