>brother visits for easter
>'hey i need to use your computer for something'
i hate having to delete my browsing history, rearranging my folders and so on .
the fact that my brother is a normoid bastard makes it worse. why didn't he bring his own laptop? he knows i don't want to let him use my computer but its all done in the same vein of someone taking some fries off you're plates like 'let me get some of these fries real quick' normie stealing
before he comesor when he pulls up to the driveway hide the power chord for it
and claim its broken
then when he leaves plug it back in
or just man up and tell him to fuck off yer omputer.
>unplug
>remove hard drive
>tell him it's broken
>"repair" when he leaves

i told him no initially
and he said why and i said i need to use it
but then it was a bit like 'well i have a deadline' and my mum interjected 'yeah you should let him use it'
i hate it though. i have to spend hours and hours covering my traces, hiding my files, just for him to use it for an hour or so.
Just keep a Linux live cd/DVD/USB around for those occasions. If he bitches about it tell him too bad. Might want to encrypt your drive so he can't accidentally find your porn stash too.

it's so much bother though.
honestly in 2017 using someone elses 'puter should be as taboo as borrowing underwear.
Its awkward, because regardless of what i do eg create a guest account, say no, clear everything and let him borrow. I look like a weirdo.
I don't even have a porn-stash, I just feel uncomfy with borrowing my internet history and things i saved from the internet with another person.
Can't you just make a guest account that has no access to the rest of your files? If he's a normie I doubt he would dig any deeper.
I have a clean laptop for that kind of occasion.
