I don't control biology on a grand scale. Women need to realize their looks and therefore their sexual and social appeal is very limited, and they need to take proper steps to secure their own lives. But instead, they try to shame betas into manning up for them when they are 25+ years old.

i think this is mostly relative. standards of beauty aren't static, and change with age. so, while a younger female (late teens) may find an older man (40+) very appealing, that has nothing to do with a lesser degree biological aging in men. the dude still looks old, and the girl just thinks that old man has nice features.
overall though, attraction is mostly based on the likelihood of reproductive success, and men have a later, longer stage of sexual viability. thus, beauty standards are based on assigning masculine beauty to older features, and feminine beauty to younger features. this is compounded by the human lifespan, which creates drive to establish a comfortable life, so age is also an indicator of a person's overall success in life. again, more established, older people can have more attractive qualities by seeming more independent and stable. so, women biologically age at a very similar rate to men, but societies influence makes it seem like they've "peaked" at a younger age. anyone can be objectively appealing at any age, but i would say that most people find the most attractive partners reflect their own age, and i'd say the biological peak is late 20s through early 30s for both sexes.

so, no, i don't really feel bad, since any person can make themselves attractive to someone else with a healthy lifestyle at any age.
