You're going about this the wrong way. If you don't want to be noticed, you're better off going when it's most busy. When there are hundreds of people around, nobody is going to notice you at all let alone watch what you're buying. If you're there at 3 AM and the only customer in the store, there's still going to be an employee or two around, and they will pay attention to you since you're the only weirdo there in the middle of the night.
