My life and confidence has improved greatly over the last year from exercise and "tanning" (which was just doing college school work outside with no shirt/shorts). I'm now lean and have a light tan (I'm Scandanavian so that's as good as it gets). Getting sunlight and exercise is scientifically proven to help with depression. In social situations and girls I have gotten much better by essentially breaking the ice, go up and say something.
