It's going to sound like a massive cliche, but man, my grandfather's chicken noodle soup. Call me a sociopath but when he became too sick to continue functioning one of the first thoughts that crossed my mind was how sad it is I'll never eat it again. I got a jar in my fridge from years ago that's probably gone bad since, and I've never had it in me to enjoy it because I know it's the last jar of grandfather's soup and I never wanted it to end.

What is it with grandpas and making bomb ass soup? Every year when we're done with our Christmas ham my grandpa boils down the bone to make broth and throws in the leftover ham, some veggies, and a bunch of barley. Shit is so good.
