I broke my foot real bad after falling off a cliff while hiking.

After two months on crutches and several months of physiotherapy my foot still isn't nearly as good as it used to be. I run much slower than I used to, cannot jump as high, etc.

It feels real fucking bad to be only 18 years old and to already know that you're no longer in your physical prime.
