I'm having the same problem you had, the tears are still wet on my face. It's literally all I think about. If anyone knows any solution please tell me... I don't have any hair left. I also have trichotillomania but my hair started to fall out on its own in September

Even if you do a buzz cut, when you are balding it still comes out weird looking. I can't think of a hair style that hides balding , other than completely shaving the head but that rarely looks good on people.

I went bald when I was 19. I'm lucky that I look pretty good still and my hair was always terrible anyway. It really tickles my goat when I see people going hysterical over losing their hair.
