I'm so fucking pissed right now.
>Finish my chemistry home lab 2 hours early
>Ask my dad who used to be a chemical engineer to look over my answers/work
>He tells me it's all wrong and to do it all over again
>Do experiment his way
>Have huge margins of error (Way worse results than my original ones)
>He tells me my lab follow-up response questions were wrong
>I get frustrated trying to figure out why they were wrong
>they were right all along
>I end up turning in my assignment 10 minutes late
>I hope I don't get docked 50% off.
I'm so fucking pissed. How do I cool down?

Learn from it understand you should make your own mistakes. It will help you become more confident in your self

I'm just pissed that now I'm going to lose 50% of my grade because I was told I was wrong, despite being right. It didn't help that he was yelling at me trying to make me understand, until it ended up being exactly what I had originally.
How are you not mad at your shit dad
>>36181405
Don't worry, the point is to understand the material, not to get a good grade. Just make sure you know what you're doing, the rest isn't important.

The point is to get a good grade, nobody will take me seriously when they see I got a B in chemistry.

2/10 made me respond

>who used to be a chemical engineer
I see why he isn't anymore lol

Mate, in the united states, if you don't get an A, you're literally retarded.

I had a chemistry teacher who told me the same thing this guy said >>36181726
He was literally one of the best teachers I had. Too bad I was dumb as shit and didn't take the class seriously so I flunked. But he had a point. You can't be perfect 100% of the time, the only way to learn is through mistakes and studying as well as experimenting.

Hold on is A the lowst in merican schooles?
