Are there any legitimate depression/anxiety tests online? I fit most of symptoms from google but don't want to waste a doctors time if I don't have an illness.

>It takes an extra effort to get started at doing something.
>I don't sleep as well as I used to.

>Severe depression
As long as it's not extreme I don't need to see a doctor, right?

If you want to and have hopes of getting better. you should see a doctor regardless of what your number score was.
I have been for nearly 8 years and it's not done shit all, i'm throwing in the towel in and ending it soon before my parents have the chance to end my neet life and make me homeless. It might not do much for you either. On the contrary i'd say if you were only slightly depressed that would increase the chances of SSRIs fixing all your problems, not lessen.

The questions on all of these tests are pretty standard so if you average a "moderate" to "severely" depressed score across multiple tests you should probably see a fucking doctor
