FUCKIN cut myslef again

i did benzos and painkillers while drinking last week and cut myself a lot. it was kind of rythmic and the cuts have a pattern. it was a pretty low time desu. i have some pretty massive self hate and autistically mutter "im gonna kill myself" under my breath a lot.

desu im working on trying to get sober and positive again. i had it for a while. then even though i got a gf i had a kind of depressive relapse of using everything. i feel like a wrung out rag now though. i really need to stop. i feel like a truck ran my head over until i take something in the morning so im tapering. i think its going ok. drinking is ez to quit and i could just dump the bottle now. but opiates and benzos are hard as shit to stop for me
