I had acne for 7 years. I tried fucking everything except accutane because the doctor advised against it due to my depression. I tried every cream under the sun. I tried all sorts of diets. I implemented many lifestyle changes. I tried so-called natural methods. I practiced hygiene meticulously.

Nothing fucking worked. Nothing ever worked. I was losing my fucking mind because it just seemed so fucking unfair. Sure, most people I knew had acne when we were teens, but mine were 50 times worse. I didn't go anywhere if I didn't have to because I didn't want people to see my disgusting face.

At some point in time I decided that I don't give a fuck about anything anymore (not due to acne but I suppose it was a minor factor). I started living like a hedonistic fuck, sleeping whenever I want, eating whatever I want and not showering for 4-5 days sometimes cause I don't go out anyway.

He gave me this thing call "tazorac" and I've been on it for 6 months (literally nothing has changed). Have an appointment with him next week. Will ask him about accutane again, if not, then I'll try another one, like I said, but I'm not getting my hopes up.
