I used to have phimosis. Another anon already gave good advice. You can get stretching cream from your doctor (talk to him/her about your phimosis first) that will help you.

In my case it was too severe and my frenulum was also making it even more difficult. I eventually resorted to circumcision, but I am lucky to live in a good area and had a great surgeon so my dick came out looking great, but most people may not have the same luck.
