Those aren't really examples of a catch-22, as it's not circular. It's bad genes -> problems, with nothing the other way around

Either way, the examples you mentioned are all problems if you have missed out on any of the events people to in their early life

One way to catch up would be to join a sports club or other activity, or to use an event such as recently having moved to justify not having friends to new aquaintances

Of course that's considerably harder than having friends in the first place, and if you don't have friends chances are you social skills are shit, so it's pretty difficult to get out of

not getting my license was the biggest mistake i ever made, small town so all jobs are 20-40 minute drive, no reliable bus system, DMV is almost a 50 minute drive away.

Get a tier1 job in customer service of some sort, work at it for 2 years, and you'll be gucci.
