No matter how I look at it or who I date.
I always have the same problem.
I'm only attracted to old women.
Not only older but "old".
And I mean women between 30-50 (more if they still look fine to me).
I'm myself 26yo, I have a girlfriend and I dated many other girls before but all younger or about my age.
I have told nobody about this, and I don't want my girlfriend to think I don't love her even though she noticed recently that I'm not as attracted to her as I used to(I still like her as a person and she is really mature in mentality for what its worth I know this is why I like her).
Problem is, I've been put into this mindset that I have to respect my elders(I don't mind my education though) and I can't help but be nice to aged women and never "cross" the line.
In fact I either tend to sexualize them a lot or just be too afraid to try something and end up losing my self-esteem.
The other day there was this single mother with her kid in the bus.
We couldn't stop making eye contact and I could see that she was attracted.
But I soon looked away because I didn't want the little boy to see me or catch his mother like this...
I know it sounds pathetic but that's really how I felt.
Actually it kind of surprised me she wouldn't mind giving me this kind of attention in front of her kid, I couldn't even believe what it was the first time, but I have no doubt she at least liked me looking at her.
It isn't the first time I had this kind of sign from a single mom, and I can say I had many older women look at me with desire but I simply had no idea how to approach them.
My question is: Is it possible for me to date one? If so how should I pick them up or initiate a discussion where I can make her understand what I am up to, and where I can meet them?
I have some friends who managed to date and have sex with milfs, but I'm too ashamed to ask them how they do it and I don't think we have the same standards or goals.

It's totally possible. You should probably be taller/bigger than her though, otherwise there's a kind of weird mother-son dynamic. Women that age are suckers for fit, young men so gym will help a lot. Basically be confident and comfortable with yourself without coming across as cocky, and women that age usually appreciate your talking skills and knowledge a bit more than girls in their early 20s so I hope you've got a good hobby.

I won't claim to be an expert but you could try going to some gym classes that these women go to. I mean like spinning, zumba, that kind of thing. You get to show yourself off and there's bound to be loads of them there, and an excuse to see them again. Otherwise maybe you could try finding out which bars in your city are frequented by an older crowd and try your luck there. There's no specific. Alternately you can filter on tinder by 35-50 and take your pick, those women are there looking for something casual usually and if you match then it means they're into younger men.
Anyway age is really not that big an issue, your attitude is the major thing. If you can make them feel young and beautiful then they'll melt like butter. Don't see them as some foreign thing to be respected at a distance - they're just people like anyone else.
