The South used to have a reputation for keeping their blacks in line. I guess I'm sort of showing my age here, but as someone who lived in Los Angeles and the South, the blacks in LA are much worse. I guess I'm comparing small town blacks with big city blacks though. Guess your big city blacks are just as bad as our big city blacks.
