I kept getting nightmares last night, probably because of the severe amount of negative emotions.
The dream was an endlessly repeated nightmare where a monster chases me, I try to escape, I die, and the cycle repeats. I also tried comitting suicide rather than go through the pain of my flesh being bit through by teeth. I guess hot lava is better than being eaten alive and the horror of constantly being chased around. Turns out the monster was a conspiracy that was to get rid of me, ironically by the people I tried to get help from.
I only woke up because I spat. A commonality in my dreams is that every time I spit, I wake up, the area near my mouth freshly filled with spit.
I have no idea why I keep spitting in my dreams. And then wake up. And spit dreams are more vivid than normal dreams, maybe as vivid as low-level lucid dreams.
I wish I could spit in real life and wake up too.

Happy daydreams make me feel worse. These are things I know will never ever happen with only an infinitesimal chance if they do.
If I try to daydream about a happier reality, I just tinker with it until it's depressingly realistic enough for me.
For example, I would imagine that I'm a smart person, but with no redeeming qualities, and I'm only a pseudo intellectual clinging to their last sense of self-esteem because of trauma.
