I brush them with both tooth paste and then baking soda once in them morning and once at night. I use mouth wash both in the morning and at night. Usually I will put some teeth whitener on them in the morning (unless I'm late for work or something) and periodically through the day I will floss them (usually after a meal). I'm pretty big on teeth maintenance since a smile can either make or break your physical appearance.
