no, but that's the point, its not the fapping/release that's bad for you - its the porn. So just don't look at porn and fap literally as much as you want. For people that are experiencing what they percieve as negative effects from fapping (be that sexual dysfunction, lack of confidence or drive, or porn addiction) all stems from the widespread availablity of porn on the internet today as well as the general idea around porn. So, yes, fap as much as you want, just don't look at porn. I've noticed marked improvements ever since I started, especially in that I don't spend 6 hours a day fapping

sexual release is a very good, necessary part of our lives. While purposefully denying ourselves the pleasure has no visible side effects - especially when most of us are virgins to begin with - it doesn't hurt to have some sort of release.
