I highly doubt you have perfect teeth. Most of the world has some form of gingivitis even if very mild and most teeth damage starts at the roots/nerves under the gums. Same with enamel, once its gone, its gone. It never comes back, and even toothbrushes slowly whittle away at it.

You can blame our modern diet of sugar and acid for that largely, even then with the rise of drugs slowly more and more people are gonna start having teeth problems as time goes on. The only real hope to fixing teeth problem is if they can properly figure out stem regrowth in order to allow a human to regrow their teeth. They can regrow them on the back of rats, but getting them to grow in the mouth is different because you need extra stuff they don't have access to. Either way, the older you get the more likely it is your teeth are going to get worse and need to be removed anyways, its pretty common. People focus too much on teeth.

Truly beautiful teeth are big with a thick layer of enamel and almost don't wear down at all. I don't have crooked teeth but my enamel is thin as fuck, my teeth are small and I wore them down already to the point that I don't have pointy canine teeth anymore.

Yes, they're acceptable that I don't need to hide my smile because of them but they're in no way attractive.

They actually weren't. You can find plenty of skeleton of early Homo sapiens, Neanderthals, etc. and their teeth are not straight by any means. A lot of people even back to Ancient Egypt and Sumeria dealt with abscesses and tooth loss.

I'll give you wisdom teeth though as we used that more in the past as a means to chew roots and other plants. Also quite a few animals actually do need dental surgeries. Canines are a good indication. Some animals regrow teeth (sharks) due to what they eat and them consistently breaking. The issue with humans is that generally in the past our teeth weren't as bad as they are today.

And yes sugar/acid does play a part, especially Soda. Our diets in the past consisted of a lot more healthy food, so it was less work on the enamel. Whereas something like soda eats it away, slowly but it does.

Its just evolution at work, very similar to people being born without wisdom teeth, because humans don't need them anymore due to not needing to chew roots and other things.

If teeth need to be removed in order to fix the jawbone then that is what is going to have to be done. Oh, I figured they had to remove teeth due to bone loss issue. That's different then. They should be able to push around the teeth properly then, though one may need to come out regardless, maybe two depending on the top/bottom sets. I know in some cases some teeth are filed down to be a bit smaller in order to work that if there is no issue with the bone loss.

Yeah, talk to an oral surgeon then they should be able to help you out over a dentist. But if they end up telling you the same thing, then you know you're gonna have to get more than 1-2 out. Its no big deal though man, I'm missing 6 back teeth on my right side, I basically have no teeth on the side (one tooth went back and the others quickly went and I had no money at the time to get them fixed).
