Not really big into anime but I did watch Hellsing just recently. It was alright, didn't really care for the vampires that much but it's not like they were bad characters or anything. Really was disappointed about the lack of fighting the crusaders got tho, they showed up and instantly got rekt
>>36115065
18-19 is about the right time for a libertarian phase though- it's an idealistic notion without the commie bullshit.
Eventually he'll have to face the inevitability that many people are too retarded to self-govern, but that much disillusion could cripple him with anguish before his twenties.

Hell, I was at a friend's place last week and when the maintenance guy for the building came by he thought I was his sister. pic is an old one of me, only one I have on my computer right now.
BTW is that Tom Segura for your comedian? Nice. Pretty funny dude.

Scotland always felt to me like such a comfy place for the foggy nights and all that mystery feeling kind of stuff that one would associate Scotland with.
>>36116741
Yeah I absolutely recommend Dune, especially if you're into any sci-fi but personally I think it's perfectly readable even for people who aren't. Most people don't realize that it's a pretty large series of books, most of them are pretty high quality. Super excited that one of my favorite directors is looking to adapt it.
>>36116831
Ever actually went there? I know that many movies with a medieval fantasy setting were made there and that there is a lot of untouched nature. I personally would like to visit it once, to try out one of their kilts and maybe watch a real scottish Bagpipes player.
>>36116825
What are your favorites in that case? Surely there are certain genres in poetry too, or not?
>>36116913
No, sadly in all my life I've only ever visited greece and england (just london) without regarding states that are literally next to my homeland.
>>36116884
Hm, well I'll make sure to give it a read! I always liked the idea of it, with the spice, the natives of Dune and the disputes between multiple influencial families. By the way which director? Wasn't there already a movie about it?
>>36116913
Corso, Anne Carlson, O'Hara, Sapho, Ginsburg
I like beat the most though. Pretty much all my favorite shit to read comes from post WWII era. So like I said, mid-20th century american minimalist fiction and beat poetry really get my cock hard.

Ginsburg? Not Ginsberg?
Heard of beat poetry before but never actually got the meaning for it. Poetry with a certain rythm?
>>36117077
Ah, now that you said it I remember him. But I never really was a fan of him or anything. Only watched a couple of episode well and I think he is canadian. Why a Mourning Dove though? Is it known for anything specific?
>>36117000
Where in greece? I always wanted to visit the Parthenon and other historical places.
>>36117243
Kerouac just called it that and the name stuck.
>>36107316
I haven't looked at the charts yet but I just know that these threads always make me angry. I hate seeing successful people or that one 16 year old who maxes out his intelligence rating -_-
>>36117243
I guess mourning doves are most known for their call, it sounds like they're crying and that's how they get their name. I love them because they're beautiful animals and because they always used to make nests outside my window as a kid. I got to watch them raise their bbs to adulthood and i saw their first flights :')
>>36117242
Hell no, libertarians lack a strong grip. What we need, at the moment, is somebody who actually stands up for european or american values. Even if it means certain other people may get discriminated. Its a cost we must pay and many of these "people" deserve.
>>36117093
Its true though, I can't see those endless sitcoms anymore. One shittier than the other. Not that all are horrible by default, I did like scrubs for example but they simply don't put any effort into them anymore. Its really depressing.
what is the purpose of this? also the picture is someone i am compared to in likeness, not really me

Freckles drawn realistically on a 1/200 scale would not be translated as an actual texture, but as a very slight orange hue. I've taken liberties with reality to imply the texture seen in fullscale re: density and intensity of freckles.
>>36117397
>Even if it means certain other people may get discriminated
Matthew 7:12
>>36117490
Not really, I mostly identify with the anti-authoritarian aspect of libertarianism rather than the economic, so I don't really mind.
>>36117546
i used to be much more interested in them when i was a progressive:/ trying to get back into them now that i have come to my senses
>>36117331
But there surely must be something distinctive? I mean I can also google it and research it myself, but I thought it would be a nice topic to talk about. Especially since you seem to know a lot about it.
>>36117347
Heh, funny that you mention that. I once found a small, baby bird on the road as a kid. It seemed to be wounded or something. So I nursed it back up and later let it fly out of my window. Don't know which race it was though.
>>36117453
Rodos is known for that world wonder they once had. Are there any issues with turks there? Hope it was fun atleast.
>>36117546
Muslims attacked, robbed and raped through all of europe. So I will do the same to them once the time comes. "God's" with me I'd say.
>>36117717

>>36117242
>britbong
>Fills in vacation for holiday
>doesn't figure out the turn of speech when a separate vacation module comes up
That's kind of endearing/cute.
Do FtMs get mad if other people think they're being cute?
>>36117745
I personally don't. If anything it's kinda flattering.
>>36117661
Well fun fact it came out of cultural appropriation. Just like how people use "beat" now, people in the black hoods of new york used "beat" to mean shitty. Like beaten down or whatever. Kerouac used "beat generation" as a term to take that term and instead make it refer to a generation that was more in step (on beat) with what the fuck was actually going on in america on a cultural/spiritual level (on beat) as well as more upbeat. He was being clever and he was clever enough to make the name stick.
Hence, Beat Generation literature is called Beat Generation literature.
>>36117661
I guess it was fun though i was 9 so i only cared about going to the seaside. Pretty funny to me if i consider that all i do now in the seaside is sit on the shore a couple metres from the water and stare at the horizon like a complete autismo.
>>36117744
Current politicians, the media and most corporations still are on their side. Atleast at the moment, police is forced to go after me.
Just wait when the rightwing parties are getting voted in. Then I can just pop a few muslim heads on the streets and no one will bat an eye.
>>36117844
So no Muslim, ever, has been arrested in Europe?
Stop being a wanna-be faggot and do it. Your utopia will never come true if you just kinda bitch on the internet.
>>36112052
You seem pretty cool. I like pretty much everything you got going.
>>36117897
I do all I can at the moment, I'm no mere animal like many muslims. I try spreading the message and I always stand up to my political views.
At the moment, this is the only smart move I can make.

You get a few sychophantic (you)s from people who share your interests, not nearly as much as roasties or contrarian charts though.
It'll be interesting to see yourself summed up so completely in a year though, so try to remember that.

Nope. Wrong guess, anon-chan.

I just started listening to Opeth last month, really liked Watershed and Blackwater Park, thought Sorceress was okay
never really listened to meshuggah, aren't they more djent than proggy?
>>36119840
Fair enough, though i believe that melodic style is starting to sound all the same just like heavy dubstep did a year ago.
I've been more into neuro type of sounds for the last 6 months circa but i won't assume you know about what sound I'm talking about.
>>36119986
Is All Quiet on the Western Front 1979 a remake of the 1930's version. I've never heard of it before really. Is it worth reading the book first or can you give me a recommendation for in which order to read/watch the series?
>>36115312
you look chill as hell i would 100% date you.
>>36120551
I would recommend watching the 1930 version, the old version shows a little more about the characters and the 1979 version shows more battle scenes, both are good
