Is anyone else here literally brain damaged?
>about 6 years old
>sledding
>lose control of the sled
>go off a cliff straight onto my head
>still have asphalt in my skull apparently
>stop forming many long-term memories about personal life
>barely remember anything before the age of 22 (I'm 26 currently)
>get welfare
>keep forgetting I have welfare
>never developed a sex drive
>lost the capacity for anger
Sometimes I forget for months at a time I have brain damage, a thread on /sci/ just triggered the recall. I'm the only one here aren't I.

Also it might take several hours for the pertinent information for a post to trickle into my head.
>little self control
>marginal introspection
>can't see faces
>unable to tease apart different noises, like conversations
I expect to keep thinking of things I should have included over the next day or so.
When I was a kid I was on my dads shoulders and he dropped me on my head. Lost consciousness for a few minutes. Wonder if that gave me autism.

I wish you'd stop posting this thread everyday.
I'm pretty sure I must have brain damage from both childhood injuries and later prescription drug abuse. The problem is that I'm still very smart and academically/professionally successful so nobody believes that I have a problem even when I point out all the evidence. The signs are all there, though: inability to recognize faces, seeing human figures where there are none, spelling errors that would never have happened when I was a kid, tourette's-like outbursts.
