I'm from Australia but as I understand it, this is really often about just luck or finding the right job. Some data entry roles are just about exploiting the hell out of you. Some are just demanding. Others are sometimes like your pic related.

I remember seeing a poster from Australia back in 2012 or so talking about how he got a government job but literally didn't even know what he was supposed to do, that he just spend his time online all day or messing around.
