Oh I agree, get a hatchback if you ever want to carry large or odd-sized stuff. I've had both and it's amazing how limiting a sedan can be.

Unfortunately we don't get the Twingo in the US. And I wouldn't call small cars claustrophobic; more like nimble. It is fun driving something light and agile.
