No, i wouldnt ever hit a guy without consent, and ive never had anyone else ask for it. I usually just wear whatever im in, so barefoot, socks, stockings, sneakers, or boots.

Im opposite, we're from oklahoma, ive had a few jobs out of college that were blue collar.

stack climber: climbed 100-300 ft stacks several times a day to test emissions, drove their truck and trailers...sucked

Aircraft mechanic, better job but not what i was after.

Now im an aircraft engineer, mostly at a desk unless a repair mistake is made and i have to go check it out...much better suited for me. Office pranks, phone calls, repair reports and dealing with the mechanics. Much more my speed.

My advice, just keep at different jobs, you will get a chance where they just really really need someone with a heartbeat, then you'll make connections and gain xp that you can use to continue that career.

I dont put a whole lot of thought in it. I guess i just hold myself high, in the office setting you butt heads with alot of people and you stand your ground and prove your point, but when you're wrong you're wrong. when i walk around im always head held high. On weekends i might hang out at the house with wifey and play games or we get out and hike and camp and fish which gives you a sense of outdoorsmanship. I feel like the manliness outlook is one of the things you just do to justify your job, everyone tries to justify there life style

what is important is that you enjoy your work maybe not everyday, but if your smiling and laughing more than your regretting your work, then you are doing a great job

Im aero/mechanical engineering, sadly you might not start doing what you want but the more you learn what you dont want to do you'll start finding what you like, and your not gonna be stuck as a techy, that degree will show people that you are capable of doing some intense learning, the rest will be your attitude and personality.

im sorry dont mean to humblr brag or anything, its a grass is always greener, not having a gf in college is actually very helpful and you'll meet awesome women in the work place, or through friends, or just blind dates....dont fall for the all women are whores, they want tall hung men etc stuff....all my friends have been girls growing up, never once heard one shut a guy down due to superficial means (they will, upon getting broken up with, spew hate about his height or dick or etc, just like men will say the girls were cheating, sleeping around, had too many men in them.)
