10 years ago I tried to kill myself by taking 35 grams of Tylenol and it put in a hospital for a week and a pych ward for another week. It hasn't happened recently but some times I get a feeling that I'm really dead and everything I'm experiencing is just an illusion.

I'm essentially dead. Nobody knows I exist, and the world exists as if I wasn't there, except I can observe it.

Think I jumped off the roof of a car park just before Christmas there. Not sure because I had walked up 14 flights of stairs and thought I might be too tired to climb over the anti-suicide railing. Everything went black around then but that could have been alcohol and I woke up on my front lawn. So maybe this is hell.
