If you can orgasm in a dream without touching your penis, you should be able to orgasm while awake without touching your penis. Your orgasm comes mostly from your brain, but working your pelvic floor muscle (look into Kegel exercises if you're not familiar) will assist as well.

Who said you can't masturbate with phimosis? You just rub op and down on your penis, if you have phimosis then it won't hurt because it's your hand, if you don't use a hand it will hurt until it get's stretched out, but as long as your using your hand there is no reason for it to not masturbate, you use the hand to rub the head of the cock it's not actually a hole your thrusting into
